2. How to provide to
consumers?
Direct Optic provides
its own products to consumers by 4 steps.
First, Know your
correction and your pupillary gap.
To order corrective
glasses from Direct Optic, consumers must have a prescription indicating their
optical correction. Then, they only have to send the validated order to the
company once by email, fax or post.
Second, Choose the
frame.
Choose the frame which
consumer likes among more than 1000 models available on its website. Virtual
test (on each product sheet), testing of frames at home or in one of its
stores. If consumer wants personalized advice contact its opticians, and they
will advise.
Third, Choose
prescription lenses.
Once the frame is
chosen, consumer has to choose his corrective lenses. In the lens selector,
Direct Optic gives him indications to choose his lenses according to his correction.
He will be able to choose the type of lenses (single vision, progressive,
mid-distance) and their range (Economy, Premium or Top of the range), thickness
and color if he wants.
Lastly, Choose
delivery method.
Direct Optic deliver
consumer’s glasses at home all over the world. If the
consumer lives in France, they can choose delivery method, in one of stores or
delivery at home.
