“Mando
Brose” is a joint venture between Mando and Brose Korea. They
produce brushless electric motors for automotive. Mando
is leading supplier for steering, brake and suspension system. And Brose is
leading supplier in mechatronic systems and drives.
The CEO and employees of the company welcomed us and gave an introduction. And
then, Mr. Xavier Marce who is CFO of Mando Brose started a presentation. The
company is founded April 5 2011 and there are 175 employees.
They
emphasized ‘EPS’ which means electric power system.After
that, we visited a factory of the company to learn about the manufacturing
system.
The
factory is divided in two parts. One is Mando Brose, and the other one is Brose
Korea.
First,
in the section of Mando Brose, they produce two types of motors: C-EPS, and
R-EPS.There
are many automated machines and they are worked for humans.
We
could learn all the process of production.
In
the section of Brose Korea, they produce window regulator and lumbar adjuster.They
stack up the products to use space effectively.
And
then, Mr. Sebastian Hausi, one of the employees of Brose restarted the
presentation.
According
to him, there are many career possibilities at Brose. Unlike in Korea, they do
not care about university degree. They stopped title system this year. They
hire candidates depends on the performance.
It
was so meaningful and unforgettable to learn about the automated factory
system.
